The Lounge Bar has room for approximately 50 people sitting and is ideal for small parties and buffets,
as a welcome/registration room or as a poster room for the larger main ballroom.

The bar contains several interesting antiquities, including the bell from the HMS Orion, the life saving ring and ships signal from the HMS Hermes and medals donated to the hotel by Charles Francis Withecombe who served as a stoker in the Royal Navy.
